Legal basis for the processing of personal data

The legal basis for the processing of your data by BAKIA Consulting is the legitimate interest, the execution of pre-contractual measures and the establishment of the contractual relationship between BAKIA Consulting and the candidates for a job or an internship, and the consent collected from the visitor when applicable. Recipients of the personal data

Data is transmitted to BAKIA Consulting and to its subcontractors in charge of the operation of the site.

Duration of storage and deletion of personal data collected

  • The information collected via the contact form is kept for a maximum period of 3 months.
  • The information collected in order to establish a close relationship as well as a commercial relationship with the visitors of this site is kept for a maximum period of 1 year after your last contact with BAKIA Consulting.
  • Identification data of the users are kept for the duration of the account activation. Data is deleted when the user deletes his/her account.
  • For successful applications, data is kept for the duration of the employee’s presence at BAKIA Consulting, and for certain regulatory information for 5 years after his/her departure.
  • For unsuccessful applications: information collected is destroyed at the latest 2 years after the last contact, or when the user deletes his/her account.

It is then deleted at the end of its retention period.

Location of your personal data

The personal data processed on the BAKIA Consulting website are kept by our service provider IONOS (https://www.ionos.fr) and are under no circumstances sold or transferred to third parties.

Your rights on your personal data

In accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation and the amended Data Protection Act, you have the right to access, query, oppose for legitimate reasons, rectify and delete your personal data. You also have the right to limit the processing and portability of your personal data, as well as the right to define directives concerning the fate of your personal data after your death.
