Senior Manager – Digital Transformation (Tagetik & Odoo)

Job Description

As a Senior Manager, you will lead transformative projects across financial reporting and enterprise management domains, specializing in CCH Tagetik and Odoo solutions. Your role will involve managing end-to-end client engagements, developing innovative strategies to optimize processes, and driving the adoption of digital solutions. You will work closely with both clients and internal teams, ensuring successful delivery while mentoring consultants and contributing to business growth.

Responsabilities

Project Leadership
  • Oversee end-to-end implementation of Tagetik and Odoo solutions, ensuring alignment with client needs and objectives.
  • Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously, maintaining high standards of delivery.
  Client Management
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor for digital transformation initiatives
  • Identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling within existing accounts
  Team Development
  • Mentor and guide junior consultants and managers to ensure skill development and project success
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture within the team
  Business Growth
  • Contribute to business development efforts by creating proposals, pitching to clients, and identifying new market opportunities
  • Support the firm’s strategic expansion efforts, particularly in Tagetik and Odoo services
  Innovation and Best Practices
  • Drive innovation in client solutions, leveraging your expertise in financial reporting, planning, and enterprise management
  • Promote best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards
 

Profile requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in consulting, including leadership roles managing Tagetik or Odoo projects.
  • Proven expertise in financial reporting, consolidation processes, and enterprise management systems.
  • Strong understanding of both business processes and technical implementation for Tagetik and Odoo platforms.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a proven ability to manage teams and engage with senior stakeholders.
  • Experience in business development, including proposal writing and client acquisition
