Job Description

As a Junior Consultant, you will apply and develop your analytical, interpersonal, creative thinking and technical skills from day one.
You will begin as a generalist and be placed in the thick of the action working with our clients’ finance department.

Responsabilities

Every day is different, but here’s a sample of what you can expect to experience and accomplish:
  • Work in a team under the management of other consultants
  • Participate in the different phases of Finance Transformation and EPM projects
  • Contribute to project scoping
  • Collect requirements, perform analysis, write documents, and present deliverables to team members and client stakeholders
  • Implement solutions
  • Prepare and follow-up testing phases
  • Prepare and conduct trainings
  • Contribute to project & change management streams
  • After accumulating appropriate experience, take responsibility for supervising more junior consultants

Profile requirements

Study
  • Excellent academic track record
  • Field of study: Engineering or Science major
  • Level of qualification: Undergraduate or Master

 

Languages
  • Fluency in English
  • Fluency in Cantonese

 

Skills & Motivation
  • Interest for project-based way of working
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Sense of initiative
  • Eager to learn
  • Good team player
  • Knowledge or experience in corporate finance is an advantage
